If you already have both the wand and the season’s zodiac item, she’ll give you something random from the rest of her collection. On later visits, she’ll give you a recipe for a furnishing item that fits the zodiac season you’re in. On your first visit, she’ll reward you with a Star Wand. These recipes include a variety of wands, as well as furnishings based on astrology and space. If you talk to her, she’ll give you one of a series of special DIY recipes you can only get from her. On that same night, you’ll find some shooting stars in the sky. Not all fragments will wash up at once, so you may have to do a few laps around your island to get them all. Usually, for every star you've wished on, you'll find one Star Fragment, Large Star Fragment, or even a zodiac fragment. The day after you've wished on shooting stars, be sure to explore the beaches on your island, as Star Fragments will begin appearing along the shore. This can also be done on a friend's island, so ask around if anyone you know is going to have a meteor shower tonight! If you see one falling and miss it, look up anyway as you might catch others in time. Stars tend to fall in small groups of 2-3, so be ready to press A multiple times in a row. Tilt the camera up by pressing up on the control stick, and when you see a shooting star, press the "A" button to wish on it - and the star will shine before it disappears. Put away any tools and move to an area of your island with an unobstructed view of the sky. On a clear night, there is always a chance that a few shooting stars may appear, but if you want a guaranteed chance, you'll have to wait for news of a meteor shower during daily announcements.
